FCPM FAQs
What types of vendors can apply?
We welcome vendors of all levels, whether you are a seasoned vendor, or new to this. We give first preference to local marginalized communities (Queer, BiPOC, Disabled, et. all).
We do strive to have a diverse group of offerings though and may have to turn people away if we have too many similar vendors.
How do I get started?
Fill out our application, we will review it and be in touch regarding your status. Once approved you will be sent an invoice link for your booth fee.
Are you a rain or shine market?
Yes!! Barrring severe weather we will be at running this market along with our amazing vendors!
How can I contact you?
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
Where does the vendor fee go to?
Vendor fees go directly to FCSS to help us continue to run and improve these markets and helps us provide safe and welcoming spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community in the Shenandoah Valley.
This also helps us fund our programs and events within FCSS.
How can I support FCSS?
You can support us directly through monetary donations, lead programs, donate your new or gently used clothing, donate to our food pantry, and many other ways!
Can I sponsor the market?
Yes! We welcome sponsors of the event and have a variety of tiers for you to choose from, find more info here!
I provide a service, can i still come to the market?
Yes! If you lead a service based business (tarrot readings, yoga, massage, face painting, etc) we encourage you to apply! Having activities at the market is a great way to help bring more people to the market!
